I bought a Sony Reader because I wanted to catch up on all the books I have missed out on for quite a while now. After a bit of trouble actually getting one, I finally did.

...and it was worth it.

They are a joy to use. The buttons are designed to be used by right-handed and left handed folk.

Its light and compact. It takes all types of formats and its dead easy to use.

One of the nice features is when you switch it off and eventually turn it on again, it goes right to the page ...

Its only my own personal view here but the test TV series ever created was "The West Wing".

Much has been written about this show. 98% of it is praise.

I think that smart disgusting remark is a disgrace to all decent mannered Americans.

She has from the sttart of her campaigning avoided every reporter possible.

It makes me laugh. Folk give out about Bush and Cheney not answering for what they have done - NOW we have Palin BEFORE she even gets to the White House being unaccountable for her words, actions and deeds, ducking and avoiding EVERY reporter that won''t give their questions up in advanced.

Death of a possible thief

A RAIDER died after he was stabbed up to five times in the stomach when he was attacked by locals following a botched supermarket robbery.

The man, named yesterday as 23-year-old Paul Howe from Tallaght, died in hospital just hours after he and a fellow raider were cornered in the car park of SuperValu in Killester in Dublin at 8.30pm on Wednesday.

Went to see this film on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have a cinema filled with children. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was mostly adults. That said, there was one child of four whom was glued to the screen enjoying herself.
